Buying an apartment by Larisa Dolina was not an investment for Polina Lurie

Polina Lurie, the buyer of the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina, told the court how she chose a house to purchase. This was reported on December 16 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

According to the defense, Lurie, who now lives in her ex-husband's apartment, was in dire need of housing for herself and her children aged 8 and 4. She independently searched for options using the CIAN service, examined 16 apartments, and then consulted with a realtor. The initial price of the apartments by Dolina was 130 million rubles, but during the negotiations the parties agreed on 112 million.

The lawyer stressed that the transaction was fully realized and prepared. Lurie personally communicated with Dolina for about two hours: the singer was interested in the customer's children, which aroused the latter's "special trust."

According to the woman, she examined 16 apartments. Given Dolina's personality, Lurie had a special trust.

"The price of the apartment wasn't strange to me," Lurie says, noting that she asked Dolina where her daughter and granddaughter lived.

Lurie currently lives in her ex-husband's apartment.
