Under consideration, the buyer of the apartment, Polina Lurie, demanded in a counterclaim to forcibly evict the artist from her home.

The Supreme Court of Russia on Tuesday began considering the complaint of Polina Lurie, who asks to recognize as legitimate the purchase and sale of an apartment by Dolina in Khamovniki. The court, taking into account the great public outcry of the case, rejected the request of Dolina's representative to close the meeting. It will be held in an open mode.
