On December 16, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov did not comment on statements by the leaders of the European Union (EU), in which they described a vision of security guarantees for Ukraine as part of the conflict settlement.
"We have seen newspaper publications so far. We will not respond to newspaper publications," he said during a briefing.
Peskov added that Russia has not yet seen any official documents describing possible security guarantees for Ukraine. The Russian president's press secretary stressed that "when we see it, then we will analyze it."
