The expert called the amount of debt forbidding leaving the country
Departure from Russia may be limited due to a debt of 10 thousand rubles, including alimony payments. This was announced on December 16 by the Chairman of the Public Council (OS) at the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia, Vladimir Gureev.
"Bailiffs impose restrictions on leaving Russia if a citizen has a debt exceeding 10 thousand rubles, for the recovery of alimony, compensation for harm to life or health, compensation for damage caused by the death of the breadwinner, property damage and (or) moral damage, and for other debts — 30 thousand rubles," he said. RIA Novosti.
Gureyev explained that a ban on leaving the country may be imposed if the debtor fails to comply with a court decision within the time limit set by the bailiff for voluntary fulfillment of obligations. This restriction, according to him, is applied exclusively in cases where a person does not comply with the requirements of the executive document within the prescribed period.
