Putin signed a law on Rosfinmonitoring's access to data on transfers through the NSPK

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law allowing Rosfinmonitoring to receive information about transactions from the National Payment Card System via the Fast Payment Service (SBP) and bank cards. The relevant information follows from a document published on December 15 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The document is aimed at countering money laundering and terrorist financing. Rosfinmonitoring will be able to receive transaction data free of charge via SBP, cards and universal payment codes. The order and amount of information will be determined by an agreement with the NSPK operator, agreed with the Bank of Russia.

The law comes into force on September 1, 2026.
