Moscow expects the United States to provide a vision of a peace plan following talks between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and representatives of the American administration in Berlin. This was announced on December 15 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov during a briefing.
"After they complete their part of the work, we will expect from our American interlocutors [that] we will receive the vision that is being discussed in Berlin today," he said.
