- The call center of the Popular Front told about the preparations for Putin's direct line
The call center of the Popular Front told about the preparations for a direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the processing of citizens' appeals. Volunteers and activists of the association from different regions of the country are involved in the work of the call center. The December 14 footage is published by Izvestia.
According to Dmitry Mitin, coordinator of the Popular Front, the call center staff work in three shifts - from 9:00 to 20:00 Moscow time, changing every two hours. To reduce the emotional burden, the volunteers are also provided with psychological support.
According to operator Sofia Iskayeva, on average, it takes from 10 to 15 minutes for operators to have a conversation with a citizen, but there is no strict time frame — the main thing is to listen carefully to the person and correctly record his appeal.
The GigaChat neural network model, capable of processing over 100 requests per minute, also helps operators. Messages are received through various channels — through phone calls, the MAX messenger, social networks, as well as SMS and MMS.
"We also see how many requests were received from women and how many from men. As well as age statistics. For example, more than 50% of requests now come from the category over 56," said Svetlana Bocharova, an expert on artificial intelligence (AI) at Sberbank.
Alyona Stemparzhevskaya, an expert on artificial intelligence at Sberbank, reported on December 13 that the largest number of calls to the upcoming direct line of Russian President Vladimir Putin comes from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Krasnodar Territory. On December 12, it was reported that the number of citizens contacting Putin's direct line exceeded 1 million.
All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
