Dynamo coach Zaikin was beaten as a result of a traffic conflict in Astrakhan
The coach of the Dynamo handball club, Georgy Zaikin, was beaten during a traffic conflict in Astrakhan. This was announced on December 13 by a source of Izvestia.
Returning from a training session on Bakinskaya Street in the evening, he became a victim of aggressive behavior by the driver of a BMW car. He began to dangerously overtake and cut off, as a result of which the coach's car flew to the side of the road and was damaged.
The aggressive driver started insulting Zaikin, and when he tried to drive away, he chased after him. At a traffic light, a man driving a BMW in the company of several people ran up to the car and began threatening George. After the coach got out of the car, the attacker attacked him with fists, as a result of which Zaikin lost consciousness.
Earlier in the Kostroma region, at the railway station of the Bui station of the Northern Railway, a group of men attacked transport security officers, and a criminal case was opened. The incident occurred on November 8th. According to investigators, the attackers, acting as a group, interfered with the work of the station's security staff.
