Konstantinov suggested that the regions of Ukraine hold referendums on self-determination

On December 13, the head of the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, proposed that each region of Ukraine hold a separate referendum on self-determination, as the Crimeans did.

"If Ukraine needs a referendum, it's a referendum in each region on self—determination, so that residents can choose their own future, as the Crimeans did at one time," he said in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
