The Picnic group will celebrate its 45th anniversary with a large-scale anniversary show

The rock band Picnic is preparing to celebrate its 45th anniversary with two major concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The first anniversary evening will be held on December 13 in the capital, and at the end of January the program will be presented to the St. Petersburg public.

As part of the festive performances, the musicians will perform the most famous compositions, as well as new tracks on stage with elements of augmented reality.

"We always play an extended program in the capitals. An island is added in the middle of the stage, where we go out and play other instruments. For example, I will have a keyboard comb," said Stanislav Shklyarsky, a musician and keyboardist of the band Picnic.

The track list contains solid hits: "The Egyptian", "Real Days", "A Little Fire", "The shaman has three hands". There are more than 250 songs in the discography of "Picnic". The return of well—known characters is also expected - those that are as clearly associated with the band by fans as a corporate hieroglyph or guitars.

"We have a mysterious guest in our plans, we call it the return of the legend, until we reveal who it is and what it is," said Marat Korchemny, bass guitarist of the band Picnic.

The anniversary tour coincided with the personal date of the leader of the Picnic, Edmund Shklyarsky, who is celebrating his 70th birthday this year.

On November 24, it became known that on December 7, the Chaif group will give a grand concert in Moscow. It was noted that in honor of the birthday, the band staged a large—scale tour of Russia - more than a dozen cities have already been behind them, and each of them has full halls.
