Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded opera singer Ildar Abdrazakov the title of People's Artist of Russia. The relevant decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on December 10.

"For great achievements in the development of Russian musical art and many years of fruitful activity, to award the title of "People's Artist of the Russian Federation" to Abdrazakov Ildar Amirovich," the document says.
