The British Ministry of Defense has acknowledged the first death of its military in Ukraine.

A British serviceman died in Ukraine while watching the tests of a new defense weapon of the Ukrainian army. This was announced on December 9 by the British Ministry of Defense in its official account on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

"A serviceman of the British Armed Forces died in Ukraine <...> on December 9," the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that he was injured in a tragic incident when he was watching the tests of a new defense weapon of the Ukrainian army far from the front line.
