Ukraine "paid very dearly" for attacks on Russia's civilian infrastructure. This was announced on December 8 by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

"Ukraine has already paid dearly for its senseless terrorist acts against Russian civilian targets," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
