The air defense forces destroyed six drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over two regions of Russia in an hour

Russian air defense systems shot down six drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over two regions of the Russian Federation in an hour. This was announced on December 7 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"In the period from 7:00 to 8:00 Moscow time, six Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down over the territory of the Bryansk region, three more — over Kursk.

To deliver provisions and ammunition, Russian fighters are mastering powerful UAVs and building mini-logistics centers.

Earlier in the day, the Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 77 Ukrainian UAVs in the skies over Russia over the past night. Thus, 42 drones were eliminated in the skies over the Saratov region, 12 more over the Rostov region, 10 over the territory of the Republic of Crimea and nine over the Volgograd region. In addition, two drones were destroyed over the Belgorod region and one each over the territory of the Astrakhan Region and the Chechen Republic.
