Fidan announced Israel's daily violation of the ceasefire in Gaza

Israel violates the ceasefire regime in the Gaza Strip on a daily basis. This was stated on December 6 by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during a speech at the Doha Forum.

"Israel grossly violates the ceasefire regime on a daily basis," he said. The broadcast of the speech was posted on the YouTube channel of the DRM News portal.

The minister added that humanitarian aid is also not being delivered to Gaza. Fidan stressed that Turkey is ready to make any contribution to the peaceful settlement of the conflict, including the deployment of troops to the stabilization forces "if necessary." At the same time, he added that this step will depend on the position of the parties and the international consensus.

In addition, discussions are continuing on issues related to the second phase of the implementation of the Gaza peace plan. It clarifies that it provides for the transfer of control of the enclave to a special committee of the Palestinians. At the same time, it is also necessary to create ready-to-work police forces in the sector, the politician noted.

The Axios portal reported on November 3 that Washington had submitted to some members of the UN Security Council a draft resolution suggesting the deployment of an international stabilization force in the Gaza Strip. According to the plan, they will have to spend at least two years in this area. It was noted that the United States is ready to begin deploying forces to the enclave by January 2026.

Later, on November 17, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) adopted an American draft resolution in support of US President Donald Trump's plan to establish peace in the Gaza Strip. It was clarified that 13 of the 15 representatives of the states that are members of the UN Security Council voted for the adoption of this draft, while Russia and China abstained from voting.

The Axios portal reported on December 4 that the American leader plans to announce the implementation of the second stage of his gas plan by December 25.
