Bondarchuk's ex-wife may be fined for non-payment of previous ones.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the former wife of director Fyodor Bondarchuk, Svetlana Rudskaya, for non-payment of fines on time. This was reported on December 6 by RIA Novosti with reference to the materials available to the agency.
Two protocols have been sent to the magistrate's court under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Evasion of administrative punishment"), which provides for liability for late payment of an administrative fine. The punishment under this article involves a doubled penalty, administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to 50 hours.
As follows from the materials, the court returned the protocols to the official due to the likely detection of violations during their compilation. After the defects are eliminated, the materials can be re-sent for review.
It is clarified that earlier Rudskaya had already been prosecuted under the same article and was fined 30,000 rubles for several episodes.
On September 7, a court in Moscow fined artist Semyon Slepakov (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) 60 thousand rubles for late payment of a fine for the absence of labeling of a foreign agent in online publications. He was found guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and fined twice the unpaid amount.
