The value of Russia's gold reserves exceeded a record $300 billion in November. This follows from the data of the Central Bank of Russia, which became known on December 5.

The share of gold in international reserves has reached 42.3%, which is the highest since the winter of 1995, RIA Novosti cites data from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The volume of gold assets increased by 3.6% in the fall, reaching $310.7 billion, and has been updating the record for the fourth month in a row. The international reserves of the Russian Federation as a whole increased over the month and amounted to $734.6 billion on the morning of December 1.

On November 13, it was reported that Russia's gold reserves have grown by $92 billion over the past year. As of November 1, 2025, there were $299.8 billion worth of gold bars in the vaults of the Bank of Russia.
