The investigation asks to arrest Maxim Antonov, the organizer of the "torture" rehab in the Prominent Moscow region. This was reported to Izvestia on December 5 in the press service of the Moscow Regional Court.

"The Vidnovsky City Court of the Moscow region received <...> materials on the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of <...> the organizer of the aforementioned rehab, M.L. Antonov," the court noted.

In addition, according to the press service of the Vidnovsky court of the Moscow region, the defendant has been charged with kidnapping a man from his own apartment.

The day before, it was reported that 30 people were subjected to violence and deprived of food and water at the SeRTS center (Antonov PRO). A local resident, whose sister was at the center, told law enforcement about the incident. After that, similar statements were received from three more citizens.

On the same day, eight employees of two rehabilitation centers in the Moscow region were detained in cases of illegal detention of guests.

In addition, on November 25, a criminal case was opened in the Moscow suburb of Istra due to the torture and detention of teenagers with various addictions in an illegal rehabilitation center. On November 28, the Istra District Court arrested Anna Khobotova, the organizer of the rehab in Dedovsk, Moscow region, until January 22.
