The Supreme Court of Russia demanded that the cassation provide for review the materials of the case challenging the purchase and sale of the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina. This was announced on December 3 by the buyer's lawyer Polina Lurie, adding that this could lead to a retrial.

"The Supreme Court has appealed the case in cassation," RIA Novosti quoted lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko as saying.
