Lurie's dispute with Dolina will be considered within the legal framework

The Supreme Court of Russia will consider the complaint of Polina Lurie's defense against the decisions of lower courts that declared the apartment purchase and sale of People's Artist Larisa Dolina invalid. This was reported to RIA Novosti on December 2 by a court source.

At the Council of Judges, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov stressed the importance of making decisions that would not lead to the development of fraudulent and other illegal schemes.

"Knowing the principled attitude of the Chairman of the Supreme Court to the facts of violations of citizens' rights and taking into account the measures taken on his behalf to ensure the rule of law, there is no doubt that this dispute will be resolved within the legal framework with respect for the legitimate interests of the parties," the agency's interlocutor noted.
