Putin: The Russian Armed Forces control both the right-bank and left-bank parts of Kupyansk

Russian troops have established full control over both parts of the city of Kupyansk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on December 2 by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Russian troops control both the entire right—bank part [of Kupyansk] and the entire left-bank part," the president told reporters.
