Deputies will discuss with Dolina the problems of housing transactions in the secondary market

People's Artist of the Russian Federation Larisa Dolina has received an invitation to participate in a round table in the State Duma, where on December 17, 2025, legal mechanisms for protecting participants in transactions in the secondary housing market will be discussed. This was reported to TASS on December 1 in the press service of LDPR MP Dmitry Svishchev, who headed the anti-crisis working group on the protection of citizens' rights in real estate transactions.

"The first meeting of the working group will be held in the format of an open round table "Crisis of confidence in the secondary market: legal mechanisms for protecting participants in transactions" on December 17, 2025 in the State Duma. Everyone is invited to it... People's Artist of the Russian Federation Larisa Dolina," the message says.

It is specified that lawyers, lawyers, representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Rosreestr and a number of other departments will also attend the meeting.

Svishchev explained that the reason for the organization of the round table was a sharp outbreak of fraud related to the sale of real estate. In particular, home sellers, having received money and registered a deal, begin to sue, demanding to return their property, claiming that they have become victims of fraudsters. As a result, a bona fide buyer loses both housing and money.

"The situation has acquired the character of a national disaster. People are afraid to buy apartments. They see that even a deal that is perfectly clean from the point of view of the law can be canceled on a far—fetched pretext," the deputy stressed.
