- The captured military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spoke about the forced mobilization in Ukraine
On December 1, Alexey Sinepolsky, a captured soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), spoke about the forced mobilization by employees of the Shopping Mall (territorial recruitment centers, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine).
"It was taken by a security guard when I was going to the grocery store. Then I passed the commission in 15 minutes. <...> We got our clothes and sat there. We've been in jail for a month," he said.
The prisoner said that the training of the mobilized was carried out by six foreign instructors who taught the tactics of storming buildings. In addition, he stated that during the fighting in Pokrovsk, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not evacuate the wounded and dead from the battlefield, which is why many injured died without medical care.
Sinepolsky also noted that after the surrender, the Russian military provided him and other prisoners with medical care, fed them and gave them tea. At the end of the address, he called on the Ukrainian soldiers to lay down their weapons and surrender.
On the same day, Dmitry Agryzkov, a captured soldier from the 66th separate mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, expressed gratitude for the good attitude of the Russian military. He also said that during the medical examination he told doctors about his health problems. However, he was still sent to a military unit with hypertension and a sore leg.
