Retivykh called the biathlete's act at the Russian Cup not coloring Bolshunov.
Biathlete Alexander Bolshunov is not impressed by his actions at the Russian Cup, when he pushed another athlete Alexander Bakurov. This was announced on November 29 by Gleb Retivykh, a three-time medalist of the World Ski Championships.
"Yes, it doesn't make any athlete look good, but still, he is proud - he has done a lot for our country in ski racing," Retivykh wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the skier, the excessive loyalty of the judges to the members of the Russian national team led to a conflict situation. Zealous called for a change in the rules, noting that such actions by athletes-leaders set a bad example for children.
