The head of the Saksky district administration was taken into custody on charges of bribery.

The court has imprisoned the head of the Saksky district administration on charges of accepting a particularly large bribe. This was reported on November 29 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

"He is charged with receiving a particularly large bribe by an official (Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). <...> A preventive measure has been chosen in the form of detention for the period of the preliminary investigation — until January 28, 2026," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the defendant offered his acquaintance, the general director of the company, to give him a bribe in the amount of 10% of the contract price in exchange for assistance in concluding contracts with village council administrations, as well as for unhindered acceptance of work on these contracts.

In September and October 2025, the administrations of the village councils of the Saki district signed contracts for the improvement of public territories with the specified company in the amount of more than 26 million rubles. After completing the work under the contracts, the head of the district demanded a bribe from the director of the company.

Earlier that day, the court arrested the deputy general director of the Stroitechnoholding construction company on suspicion of especially large-scale fraud. The suspect submitted forged acceptance certificates for the completed works, realizing that they had not been completed in full. Based on these documents, 289 million rubles were transferred to the account of the controlled organization.
