An experiment on targeted recruitment of foreign workers in Russia may begin in 2027. This was reported on Friday, November 28, by Kommersant.

It is specified that the migrant recruitment system will be based on a registry model. Foreign citizens who have passed the necessary checks in their country will come to pre-determined employers, instead of first obtaining permits and looking for work upon arrival in Russia.
