The Petrovsky Art Loft apartment Hotel in St. Petersburg was unable to collect a loan from director Fyodor Bondarchuk. The relevant information appeared on the website of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow on November 27.

"Plaintiff: PETROVSKY ART LOFT LLC, Defendant: Bondarchuk F.S.<...> was denied [the claim]," the case file says.

The court refused to satisfy the claims for recovery from Bondarchuk of more than 9.7 million rubles under the loan agreement. The proceedings lasted for more than two years — the bank transferred to the hotel the right to claim the debt under the assignment agreement, but the court did not satisfy the plaintiff's claims, noted "Газета.Ru ".

On November 26, the Frunzensky District Court of Ivanovo satisfied the prosecutor's office's claim for the recovery of property and money of Vladimir Yarchenkov, the former head of the regional operator for solid municipal waste management (MSW), in the amount of 5.65 billion rubles. An audit by the prosecutor's office showed that from 2021 to 2025, the ex-head organized the company's work through dozens of related firms formally registered with his spouse, and financial support was provided by close relatives.
