The situation at the front is developing unfavorably for Ukraine, and negotiations on a peaceful settlement depend on meeting Russia's key demands. This was announced on November 25 by Christoph Wanner, a correspondent for Die Welt TV channel in Kiev, and his comment was posted on the publication's YouTube channel.

"At the front now for [the President of Ukraine] Things don't look good for Vladimir Zelensky," he said.

According to the journalist, Russian President Vladimir Putin is watching the negotiations between the United States and Ukraine, but is allegedly ready to consider a diplomatic solution only if two basic conditions are met.: the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the territories of Donbass and Ukraine's refusal to join NATO.

The journalist also noted the activation of Russian troops in the Zaporizhia region. According to him, the fighting is approaching the regional center of Zaporizhia, and the Ukrainian forces are getting "hotter" on this sector of the front.

The BZ newspaper reported on November 24 that the American plan for Ukraine testifies to Russia's victory in this conflict. The observer also expressed the opinion that European countries should initiate a dialogue with Moscow to end hostilities, rather than trying to force Russia into an agreement by force.

On the same day, the media reported that the US and Ukrainian delegations had agreed on most of the provisions of the United States settlement plan and adjusted a significant part of the disputed ones. It was noted that we are talking about the issues of the size of the army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the Zaporizhia NPP, the exchange of prisoners and the return of convicts.
