The Interior Ministry named the key principles of financial self-defense

Complex passwords and two—factor authentication are the foundation of financial self-defense in the modern world. This was announced on November 24 in the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"The principles of financial self-defense do not change with the advent of new technologies. None of the officials (banks, government agencies, law enforcement agencies) will request biometrics (face and voice videos) by phone or via SMS," the agency told TASS.
