Fraudsters steal money by selling invalid CTP policies. This was announced on November 23 in the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"The agent draws up a form, accepts money from the client, but does not transfer it to the company. The policy is not listed in the database, but the driver has a beautiful document in his hands. But when an insured event occurs, it turns out that the policy is invalid and the car owner has to sue the insurance company," the agency said.
