The lawyer revealed the ways of checking loans issued by fraudsters
Russians can check the availability of loans issued by fraudsters by tracking their credit history. This was announced on November 23 by Dmitry Pashin, the lawyer of the Moscow Law Firm Klishin and Partners.
"Every person has it (a credit history. — Ed.) is stored in specialized organizations called credit bureaus (BKI. — Ed.). The latter generate, process, store, and provide data on the credit histories of individuals and organizations. To find out where the credit history is stored (and it can be stored in several bureaus at once), a citizen must send a request to the Central Catalog of Credit Histories (CCCI. — Ed.)," he said in a conversation with RT.
