The United States, as part of the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, does not want a repeat of the situation with the Minsk agreements. This was announced on November 22 by the special representative of the American leader Donald Trump for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg.

"We do not want the return of the Budapest Memorandum. We don't want a repeat of Minsk 1 or Minsk 2," he said on Fox News channel.
