President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is stalling in response to the US plan for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. This was announced on November 21 by Zoltan Koshkovich, an analyst at the Hungarian Center for Fundamental Rights.

On November 19, NBC News announced a new plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, which includes 28 points. Among them are the reduction of the size of the Ukrainian army and the volume of military assistance to Kiev, the granting of the state status to the Russian language, as well as the recognition of Donbass and Crimea as part of Russia.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on November 21 that the Russian side had not received any statements at the moment about Ukraine's consent to negotiate a peaceful settlement plan proposed by American leader Donald Trump.
