Rostec announced the defeat of the Tornado-C, which is invulnerable to drones.

The Russian Tornado-S multiple launch rocket system has shown high efficiency in destroying heavy engineering crossings of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 20 in the Telegram channel of Rostec State Corporation.

It is noted that before using the guided munition, several FPV drones worked on the crossing, but they only left small holes on the metal flooring.

"A 300-millimeter shell fired tens of kilometers away hit the ferry precisely, without any deviation. As a result, the strong metal block of the bridge, capable of supporting military equipment weighing 60 tons, broke into two parts," the message says.

It is specified that Tornado-S guided munitions have proven themselves in the zone of a special military operation (SVO) as one of the most effective means of hitting point targets. They stressed that the state corporation's enterprises also produce other high—precision complexes - Iskander missiles, Krasnopol guided missiles, Vikhr guided missiles and Product-305.

Chemezov reported to Putin on the possibility of detecting inconspicuous targets and suppressing previously invulnerable drones.

Earlier, on November 19, the High-Precision Complexes holding, which is part of Rostec, reported that the Verba man-portable air defense missile system (MANPADS) holds a leading position in this type of weapon. It was clarified that the complex is successfully used against airplanes, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The Verba effectively works both against reconnaissance drones and in repelling attack UAVs.
