- The expert recalled the possibility for Russians to receive an additional payment for their work experience in the company.
The company may provide additional payments for long-term employees who are government and corporate employees. Anastasia Gorelkina, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of HC Siberian Business Union, told about this on November 20.
"Such surcharges are related to the policy of encouraging loyalty and retaining staff, as well as to the specifics of professional activity in areas where long service experience is often accompanied by high workloads or specific working conditions. In such companies, having 25 years of experience is considered an important indicator of experience and sustainability," she explained in an interview with the Prime agency.
Gorelkina said that, for example, firefighters, rescuers, coal industry workers and members of flight crews of civilian vessels are entitled to state allowances. In order to receive such allowances, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents to the Social Fund.
Some companies also have corporate allowances, the agency's interlocutor noted. To receive them, an employee must confirm their work experience in the company or in the professional field using a work record, certificates and other documents. The company's HR services make a decision after analyzing this information.
Gorelkina clarified that in companies with an industry-specific approach, such as industry and aviation, only those work periods that correspond to the list of positions or working conditions related to the corporate incentive system are taken into account.
The amount of the additional payment is set individually and depends on the employee's salary, the financial policy of the company, the level of responsibility and the specifics of the work. The amounts can vary greatly from company to company and industry to industry, the expert concluded.
In Russia, it has been proposed to consolidate in legislation the responsibility of employers for creating conditions that force employees to leave "of their own volition." The initiative was sent on November 18 from the Institute for the Study of Modern Politics to Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
