The Russian Ambassador to the United States announced the State Department's refusal to resume flights with Russia.

The US State Department refuses to discuss the resumption of direct flights with Russia and the return of diplomatic mobility. This was announced on November 19 by Russian Ambassador to the United States Alexander Darchiev.

"The State Department categorically refuses to talk about the return of six de facto confiscated diplomatic properties owned by the Russian Federation on private property," he said.
