Alfa-Bank to acquire 87.5% of Europlan leasing company shares from SFI

Alfa-Bank has agreed to acquire 87.5% of shares of Europlan leasing company from SFI Holding. This was announced on November 18 on the company's website.

"SFI Investment Holding (PJSC EsEfAi) and Alfa-Bank have agreed on the purchase by the bank of 87.5% of shares in the independent car leasing company PJSC LC Europlan," the statement said.
