Szijjarto ruled out the admission of the "Ukrainian mafia" to the European Union
The Hungarian government does not intend to allow the penetration of the "Ukrainian mafia" into the European Union (EU), as well as the entry of low-quality Ukrainian grain into the European agricultural market. This was stated on November 15 by Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Peter Szijjarto during an anti-war rally in Gyor.
He stressed that Budapest would continue to block attempts by Brussels to accelerate Ukraine's integration into European structures amid the ongoing armed conflict.
"Brussels wants the Ukrainian mafia to be in the European Union, and low-quality Ukrainian grain to be on the EU market. He also wants to send European money to Ukraine," Szijjarto said, noting that Hungary would not allow such initiatives to be implemented, as quoted by TASS.
