Moskalkova: Moscow is doing everything to help Russians return from the Baltic States

Russia is taking additional measures to help citizens who are at risk of deportation in the Baltic States. This was announced on November 15 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.
As Moskalkova pointed out, the flow of appeals from Russians living in the Baltic States, including Latvia, to the office of the Russian Ombudsman has increased dramatically.
"Russia is doing everything possible to help these people return to their historical homeland and socialize," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
