The Ministry of Finance has added a "white list" of sites

The Ministry of Finance has updated the list of resources that continue to operate during periods of imposed restrictions on the mobile Internet. This was announced on November 14 at the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation.

The expanded list includes websites of government agencies — the State Duma, federal ministries, services and agencies, state information systems, the website of the Prosecutor General's Office and regional governments. The list also includes Russian Post, the Honest Sign digital labeling system, Russian Railways, the 2GIS navigation service and the Gismeteo weather resource.

"These apps and websites remain available during restricted periods. Mobile operators have already implemented the necessary settings," the ministry said in a statement.
