In Sovetsk, Kaliningrad region, a seven-year-old child with a disability died in a fire in a private house, and his mother was hospitalized with injuries. This was reported by the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
"Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations eliminated the fire in a private house on Krasina Street. As a result of the incident, a seven—year-old child with a disability died, his mother was injured and hospitalized," the Telegram channel said.
12 rescuers and three pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. Experts are currently determining the causes of the fire.
Earlier, on November 12, one person was injured in Orenburg as a result of a large fire. It was clarified that the fire occurred on the roof of an attic room in a residential apartment building with an area of 1.4 thousand square meters. m.220 people were evacuated, including 48 children.
