The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has added journalists Kirill Krivosheev and Elena Kostyuchenko, as well as economist Ruben Yenikolopov, to the register of foreign agents. Information about this was published on the official website of the ministry on November 14.

"On November 14, 2025, in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, R.S. Enikolopov, E.G. Kostyuchenko, K.S. Krivosheev were included in the register of foreign agents," the publication says.

According to the Ministry of Justice, all those included in the list of foreign agents — Yenikolopov, Kostyuchenko and Krivosheev — participated in the creation and dissemination of materials by foreign agents, published false information about the decisions and policies of Russian authorities, and also interacted with foreign structures. All of them live outside the Russian Federation.

Earlier, on October 24, Russian journalists Irina Novik (Kuzmicheva) and Nino Rosebashvili were also added to the register of foreign agents.

On October 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on strengthening responsibility for foreign agents for non-compliance with the procedure of their activities. It was noted that the law also provides for criminal liability for persons who have previously been convicted of violating legislation on foreign agents.
