Traditionally, in December 2025, a direct line with President Vladimir Putin will be held — a format of communication between Russians and the head of state, when they have the opportunity to ask questions and voice requests in person, and the president answers them live. The event is actively broadcast on Russian TV channels and is widely covered in the media.

You can send a question to Putin through the website of the direct line with the head of state at the following addresses: moskva-putinu.ru and Moscow to Putin.in the Russian Federation or through the Moscow-to-Putin app of the same name. It is available for download in RuStore, AppGallery and Google Play, as well as on the official website in apk file format. The app allows you to watch a live broadcast of the event.

You can also ask a question by sending a message to the number 04040 or by calling 8-800-200-40-40 or via the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki. In the first case, you need to click on the "write a message" button under the cover of the group. In the second one, select the "ask a question to the President of the Russian Federation" or "go to" button. There is also an option in the communities to upload a video with a question.

All received requests will be published on the official website of the President of Russia, and work will be carried out on them. Russians are most often interested in foreign and domestic policy issues, as well as economic and social issues. They send both personal questions and more general ones.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
