The broadcast will feature questions from both citizens and journalists. In order for the question to be selected, it is important to send it in advance. The reception of requests on all channels began on December 4 and will continue until the end of the broadcast on December 19.

Citizens will be able to send their appeals through official communities on the VKontakte and Odnoklassniki social networks. In the first case, you need to click on the "write a message" button under the cover of the group. In the second one, select the "ask a question to the President of the Russian Federation" or "go to" button. There is also an option in the communities to upload a video with a question.

At the same time, most of the requests from Russians are received by calling the 8-800-200-40-40 hotline. SMS or MMS messages to the number 0-40-40 have become the second most popular way to send your question. Such data was broadcast on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

All received requests will be published on the official website of the President of Russia.

Since last year, the "Results of the Year" have been held in a hybrid format, which was made possible by artificial intelligence — GigaChat from Sberbank. He helps to collect and process appeals, forming the most pressing issues for Russians.

Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov urged viewers to trust this mechanism. According to him, the head of state and the relevant departments respond to citizens' questions anyway. In 2024, a direct line with Putin received more than half a million calls from citizens from all over the country. The main topics of the meeting were the development of transport infrastructure, housing affordability, the healthcare system and social benefits.
