A fragment of a meteorite that arrived on October 27 broke through the roof of a house in the village of Okulovka, Novgorod region. This was announced on November 11 by the scientific director of the Ka-Dar Observatory and the Astroverts astrofarm, Stas Korotky.
"A meteorite, which was observed flying on October 27 from Moscow and other regions, pierced the roof of a private house in the city of Okulovka in the Novgorod region. The mass of this found fragment was at least 400 g," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
