Gleb Viktorov, the frontman of the band Three Days of Rain, owes almost 2 million rubles to the Federal Tax Service (FTS), according to the Rosnalog website.

The total amount owed is 1,778,187 rubles. According to the documents, Viktorov's activities are related to performing arts.
