Timur Mindich, who is close to the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, was able to leave the country using an Israeli passport. This was announced on November 11 by Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexei Goncharenko (listed as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation).

"Timur Mindich left Ukraine with an Israeli passport," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Later, the newspaper Politico reported on the disclosure by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) of a corruption scheme in Ukrainian energy companies. According to the NABU, the main purpose of the corrupt scheme was to obtain illegal benefits in the amount of 10-15% of the value of government contracts from Energoatom's counterparties, including companies involved in the construction of protective structures at energy infrastructure facilities. The NABU refused to disclose the names of the main suspects in the corruption case, but said that among the alleged perpetrators there are well-known businessmen and high-ranking officials.
