In Vladimir, police detained a man who tried to escape with 135 million rubles stolen in Moscow. This was reported in the press service of the capital's main directorate (GU) of the Russian Interior Ministry.
The agency's message, quoted by TASS, indicates that an employee of one of the organizations had access to the company's premises and the keys to the safe. Upon learning that there was a large amount of money in the vault, he stole the funds and fled.
The Interior Ministry clarified that the material damage amounted to 135 million rubles. The 52-year-old suspect was detained in Vladimir. A criminal case has been opened under a criminal article ("Theft").
On November 1, the Sheremetyevo Airport police detained a man who stole 590 thousand rubles from a card of a resident of the Kaliningrad region. A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs "c" and "d" of Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
