Chirikova, a foreign agent, was evicted from her apartment in Moscow through the court

A Moscow court has granted a claim for the eviction of environmental activist Evgenia Chirikova (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation, listed as a terrorist and extremist) from an apartment in the capital. The relevant decision is reflected in the court materials.

According to RIA Novosti, the court found Chirikova to have lost the right to use the apartment because she had not lived in it for more than 10 years, had not paid for utilities and had not attempted to move in. Earlier, in 2018, the eco-activist transferred her share in the apartment to one of the plaintiffs under a donation agreement.

It is noted that the court's decision has not yet entered into force. Prior to this, the statement of claim had remained motionless.
