In Volgorechensk, Kostroma region, a local emergency regime was lifted, which was introduced the day before due to an attack by Ukrainian drones (UAVs). This was announced on November 7 by the governor of the region Sergey Sitnikov.

"The Volgorechensk Emergency Prevention and Response Commission has decided to lift the local emergency regime in the city," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Deputy Governor Yuri Makov also announced the completion of major repair and restoration work on the municipal infrastructure. So, in the morning, the supply of hot water and heating was restored. However, despite the completion of the restoration work, residents were warned about the continued threat of new attacks.
